The company was in a strained situation requiring restructuring while facing a demanding ERP migration with many interfaces.
Challenge & Brief
The brief: own finance leadership and liquidity planning, contribute to the restructuring opinion (IDW S6), steer the ERP migration from Infor to Monitor ERP, and produce detailed profitability analyses.

Ruben Faust led finance and liquidity, provided input to the restructuring opinion, steered the ERP migration (SYCOR/Monitor ERP) including complex interfaces, and helped build IT, legal and contract management.
