At Bonsucro – a global membership organisation based in London (€4m revenue, 30 employees) – Ruben Faust served for six years (pro bono) as a board member and chair of the Finance & Risk Committee. The reporting line was to the chair of the board.

The growing NGO needed strategic and financial stewardship at board level, robust risk and compliance management, and a future-proof governance structure.
