How Your Mandate Succeeds.
Every mandate follows four clear phases — from the first goal-setting to a clean handover. You always know what's being worked on, where it's heading and what the end result will look like.
Create Clarity
We define the mandate goal together — binding and precise. Without a clear objective, there are no measurable results.

What remains is what counts. I hand over to your team so that the structures hold long after my mandate ends.
→ FAQ: What happens at the end of the mandate?AI in finance: four working principles, each with a metric
I have used AI tools in mandates since July 2026, in every case starting with the data base. Four principles apply without exception, and for each one a figure from a mandate stands here. What the machine did and what was financial judgement is stated with every result.

The data base first, then the tool
In both mandate cases since July 2026 the problem was in the data: 11 files without a single link for a monthly report, two lists without a shared key across 239 lots, serial numbers for only 43 of them. The tools came only after the data stood.
A metric before the tool
Measurement comes before automation, otherwise nobody can prove what it delivered. In a 2026 mandate, emailing, renaming and uploading around 5,000 documents a year tied up 1.5 of 2.5 positions. The metrics: first-pass rate of incoming invoices and lead time from receipt to posting.
A second instance before delivery
Before delivery, a second, separate AI system reviews the work critically, without knowledge of how it was produced. It is no auditor and replaces none. At PeriGuard it found 15 findings in August 2026, among them a circular reference in the valuation. All were incorporated.
Every figure traceable to its document
Every figure visibly carries how hard it is: documented, arithmetically confirmed, as reported, assumption, proposal, decided, open. At PeriGuard each of the 239 lots sits in a register with its invoice chain, 513 links lead to the document. The archive holds 271 files and 374 cross-references, each checked by machine.
